We can find a company. We can prepare a young adult. What we cannot manufacture is someone who has spent years in a trade and is willing to let a person watch how it is done. That is you, and that is why this works.

A real person reads this. You will get a straight answer about what mentoring would look like for you specifically.

You set the pace

If now is not the right season, tell us. We will keep you on the list and come back when you say to.

In case you are talking yourself out of it

You do not need a job opening at your company. You do not need to still be working.
You are not anyone's counselor. You narrate a trade you already know.
You are not expected to fix problems outside the work. Those come to us.
One hour a month is the actual commitment. Not a figure of speech.
