You are not signing anything here. This starts a twenty minute conversation about what you hire for, when you hire, and whether what we do fits the way your company actually runs. If it does not fit, we will tell you so.

No placement fee

You never pay us for a hire, and the young adult never pays either. If you want to give beyond the hire, we will tell you exactly where it goes.

You stay the employer

You hire, supervise, pay, and decide. We never place workers or direct work. We support the person around the job.

We reply within a week

With a straight answer about whether we have someone who fits what you do, and what the first step would be.

Worth knowing before you fill this out

  • We are asking about one opening you were going to fill anyway, at the wage you were going to pay.
  • If it does not work out, we take the person back and you owe us nothing.
  • You do not need an opening today. Saying so on this form is a useful answer, not a no.
  • Your workforce board may reimburse part of a new hire's wages during training. We will help you find out.
